It is most beneficial to dilute your oils to avoid corrosion and extend the life of your diffuser.

Ensure that POMMIE is powered off then follow the steps below:

1. Remove POMMIE lid from base

2. Gather a soft wash cloth

3. Dip wash cloth in warm soap water

4. Clean POMMIE lid thoroughly

5. Dry with a new dry wash cloth

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting support@aspirenaturals.co.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been shipped (excluding pre-orders).

PayPal
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to aspirenaturals.com.

AmazonPay
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to Amazon.com to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to aspirenaturals.com.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. 

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact aspirenaturals.co for more information.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Returns will be subject to a $9 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded on the return.

All Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. See International tab for more details.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 in the U.S. along with standard and express options for international orders.

We have the following shipping options available for select eligible regions:

UPS Economy - $9 | FREE on orders over $80
UPS Ground - $12 | FREE on orders over $80
UPS 2nd Day Air - $25

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select UPS Economy.

DDP

For the following countries, we are able to ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). The total shipping price including duties & taxes will be displayed during checkout.

DDU
For all other countries, we are only able to ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver.

We are happy to accept international returns.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
